We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, visit our Return Portal. All orders are subject to an $8 restocking fee and will be deducted from refunds to the original payment method.
Once you receive your return label, you must drop it off with the carrier within 14 days. All returns must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and packaging attached.
If you received damaged goods, please email our customer support team at email@example.com along with your order number and pictures of the damage. Our customer service team will be happy to help.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please allow for 3-5 business days for domestic orders to be processed and shipped.
Once an order is shipped, your tracking information will automatically be sent via email. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to populate with the carrier.
After your order has shipped the carrier delivery time can take up to 7 business days for delivery dependent on location and season.
We process express shipping orders within 1 business days and the carrier can take up to 2 days to deliver after fulfillment.
If you require your order by a certain date or have questions about when your order will arrive please contact us below prior to placing your order so we can see if accommodation is possible.
We ship internationally for orders totaling $100 or more. We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $35.00 for international orders. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally for orders under $100. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. UPS and DHL have suspended substantially most operations in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. Nearby areas may be affected as well and therefore are not guaranteed.
Orders delivered outside of the U.S. are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), and Import Duties are included in the final price.

If you receive a package that is damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please contact us with pictures and your order number for further assistance.
If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it, please contact UPS right away with your tracking information. BLUECARATS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may contact our customer service department for additional assistance.
