RETURN POLICY:

We guarantee your satisfaction. Should an item not work for you, you may request to return the item within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and/or packaging attached. 

To request a return, please email  with your order number and reason for return. From there, our customer service team will provide you with a return label, RA# and further return instructions. Return requests made outside of the 15 day window will not be processed. 

Once you receive your return label, please ship the item within 7 days. Any return delivered to our warehouse outside this window will not be processed. 

All USA orders are subject to a $15 restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund processed once the return has been accepted.

If you received damaged goods, please send an email to  with your order number and pictures of the damage. Our customer service team will be happy to help you out.

SHIPPING POLICY:

DOMESTIC US:

Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders to be processed and shipped. Once an order is shipped, your tracking information will automatically be sent via email. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to populate. 

Once an order is shipped, it can take up to an additional 7 business days for it to be delivered, depending on your location and season.

Express shipping is available for customers within the USA. 

Please allow 1 business day handling time for all orders placed with our Express Shipping option, and up to 2 business days for delivery.

If you require your order by a certain date and have questions about when it would arrive, please email  prior to placing your order so that we can see if accommodation is possible. 

 

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX:

If you receive your package and it is damaged/opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order, as well as email  with the pictures and your order number. 

MISSING PACKAGE:

If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it, please contact the courier right away with your tracking information. BLUECARATS is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.  

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
